We have an opportunity for anAccount Managerto join our Motorhome Republic Team and focus on developing relationships with our suppliers, identifying opportunities and negotiating and securing new opportunities in the New Zealand and America markets.
About The Role
At GoSee no day is ever the same. As one of our Account Managers, your passion, energy and expertise will enable GoSee to deliver products and experiences customers love.
You will develop and own the relationship with our Motorhome suppliers to enable a long-term trusting partnership or that creates the best results for our customers and booking growth in our key markets. You won't be afraid to ask the hard questions, easily identify opportunities for growth and look outside of the box when it comes to tactical and strategic sales campaigns.
You will collaborate and partner with key stakeholders across the business, such as Marketing, Ecommerce and Technology teams to develop strategies to achieve our goals and customer inspired effortless experiences.
You will be a vital member of the team working with our Operations Team to deal with and help resolve escalations and work with suppliers to ensure a resolution outcome ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is not an on the road Account Manager role, and due to the markets and locations of some of our suppliers, most of your catch ups will be done online and can often be scheduled around different timezones!
About You
You will be a sales/relationship manager extraordinaire who has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You put the customer at the heart of what you do and have a collaborative and engaging style.
You will have a passion for numbers and analytics and the commercial acumen to interpret this data and identify areas of opportunities and concerns.
You have a proven ability to negotiate win-win relationships.
You are motivated and enjoy driving outcomes in a complex, fast paced environment.
Experience working in an E-Commerce environment is preferable.
