About the role
Main tasks: Develop and manage productive sales relationships with new and existing customers.
Other tasks:
Plan and make regular sales calls to existing and prospective clients to achieve activity and sales goals.
Accurately report all sales interactions and opportunities in CRM to ensure transparency and track progress.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders with the support of your team.
Attend all sales meetings to stay aligned with team goals and strategies.
Develop a deep understanding of diagnostic radiography to achieve a high level of sales competency.
Train customers on product usage to build their knowledge and trust in the solutions purchased.
Address any customer complaints or problems to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support the build and maintenance of a customer database to ensure accurate and current information is available to management.
Actively support quality assurance and environmental management initiatives.

What you must have to apply for this role:
An understanding of medical & imaging technologies to engage with customers & provide solutions.
Success in medical, science, healthcare or similar sales.
The ability to generate new business & manage existing customers.
A valid New Zealand driver's licence.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
Completed tertiary qualifications in radiology or a similar field (ideally with good ultrasound & CT knowledge).
Experience with mammography, CT, or MRI.
Knowledge of RIS, PACS, VNA, & enterprise software sales.
