We currently have an opportunity for a motivated person to join the business as our Account Manager responsible for the Nestlé Infant Nutrition and Cereal portfolios. This is a great opportunity to work with market leading brands and teams.
You are primarily responsible for managing our Cereal and/or Infant portfolios with our Foodstuffs Customer partners.

In this role, you will be required to:
Develop a Customer Centric relationship with Foodstuffs.
Create and execute the annual plan based on business priorities.
Monitor and report results against the priorities.
Provide 360 feedback to applicable commercial team members, including Marketing Managers and Category Development Managers to ensure market activities are celebrated or modified as required.
Engage with operations team (Field Sales and Territory Managers) through cycle activity and action feedback/requests.
Creation and distribution of regional engagement material.

What will make you successful…
Armed with at least two years experience in sales within FMCG Grocery, you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be adept at leading the Customer/Channel/Regional Field Sales function and have the ability to motivate people.
You'll also be tech savvy; proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint and have outstanding presentation skills.
Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key.
Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand and have Permanent Residency.
