Account Manager
· Innovative and dynamic leader in payments.
· Create meaningful customer experiences in an ever-changing environment.
· Great culture, great perks and flexible working options.
At Worldline NZ (formerly Paymark), we make it easy for New Zealanders to get on and do what's important, every day. Today our payments network is so enshrined in the New Zealand way of life that whether you're buying an ice-cream at the beach, or making a major purchase, chances are you're using a payments card and Paymark is behind the scenes processing your transaction.
Paymark EFTPOS is so deeply embedded in New Zealand that, to date, we have put through over 16 billion transactions, worth an estimated $700B, and worked with over 120,000 businesses. While Worldline NZ currently has a 75% share of payment transaction processing in NZ, the future poses significant opportunities and threats.
Here's where you come in!
We are looking for someone to retain and grow our key customers (some of New Zealand's largest and most important businesses) by understanding their needs and ensuring Worldline NZ delivers solutions to meet those needs. You'll also be accountable for growing existing services and expanding new business solutions across the full breadth of the Worldline NZ portfolio offerings. In short, you will spend your time approximately 70% on maintaining and growing an existing portfolio with the opportunity to spend the rest of your time seeking new business.
What you'll be doing:
Be responsible for maintaining and driving sales growth with our strategic clients.
Develop and build client relationships at all levels of assigned organisations.
Identify and develop incremental opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for Worldline NZ.
Lead the development of winning sales strategies including pricing, negotiations, and leveraging the key relationships within accounts.
