What you'll do:
Lead generation and new business development
Increasing MediaWorks' revenue share and growing your client portfolio by implementing strategies to meet clients' objectives
Invest in and enjoy building trusted long term relationships with our clients
Achieve targets & KPIs
Creation of customised solutions to assist clients achieve success and grow their business
Update customer and sales information into Salesforce
What you'll bring:
5+ years experience in Account Management and Sales with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes
Takes ownership to make things happen with constant focus on delivery excellence and customer centricity
Proven track of hitting sales targets and providing solutions based on customer needs
An understanding of the sales process, excellent time management and organisation skills
Confident and outstanding communication skills
Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines under pressure
Core capabilities encompassing Communication, Collaboration and Courage
