About the role: We're on the lookout for a driven and tenacious Account Manager to provide a sales service to direct clients. You will be responsible for managing the proactive sales conversations amongst our client set, responding to briefs, as well as driving new business opportunities by selling creative advertising solutions across our portfolio.
The Opportunity: Whilst there's no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:
Agree and work towards weekly KPI's for the New Zealand Sales TeamDrive new business across direct clientsConstantly strive to achieve balanced exposure across the direct marketplaceAssisting coordinators with email confirmations for booking, on hold requests, and requests to tradingWork closely with Group Sales Manager to understand your clients and educate/promote JCDecaux collateral as directedMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity captureIdentify and implement strategies to grow share on existing advertisers' budgetsMaintain strategy documents, focusing on product revenue requirementsEducate clients with new products to marketAbout You: You'll be someone with a demonstrated sales background, media experience preferred but not essential. Someone who enjoys working with direct clients and is motivated by driving business forward. The right candidate will think outside the box and enjoy seeking and winning new business by offering innovative and client-focused solutions. As well as:
