Due to an internal promotion (well done Howard!) we have a terrific career opportunity for another agency sales superstar to join our passionate and supportive team. Reporting into the Group Head of Agency Sales, as Senior Account Manager OMNI you will be responsible for uncovering new revenue opportunities, responding successfully to client briefs and nurturing effective relationships with your agencies and clients. If you like to hustle, hate being bored and determined to deliver the best media solutions for our clients and audiences, we would love to have a chat.
The Role
Create and execute strategies that grow revenue, and increase our share of Radio, OOH and Digital media spend for your designated portfolio
Identify potential revenue challenges in advance and define strategies to ensure challenges are overcome.
Use research to create compelling arguments that influence clients decision making in favour of MediaWorks.
Demonstrate a high level of skill in interrogating briefs from clients to ensure MediaWorks is best positioned to respond successfully.
Work collaboratively to develop strategies to increase revenue share and grow commitment to MediaWorks, including non-spending or low share clients.
Provide accurate weekly forecasting for Radio, OOH and Digital revenue within the portfolio of clients
About You
3+ years experience in media or agency with established and trusted agency relationships that you have grown.
Results driven with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes.
Great collaborator with internal stakeholders delivering shared successful outcomes for Media Works and our clients.
Strong connection to NZ Agency landscape and knowledgeable in pricing, trading, planning and buying.
Confident and engaging presenter with excellent communication written skills.
Proactive in gathering market insights, analytical and adaptive. 
Passionate about delivering to a high standard and exceeding clients expectations.
