Account Executive/Junior Broker

Full time role based in Tauranga CBD. Become a qualified insurance broker and be supported to obtain your Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services. Role is varied and will provide a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of being a broker across a wide range of industries.
The successful candidate will be very organised, have excellent skills in the Microsoft office suite including Excel, be an amazing communicator on the phone and in writing, and have a willingness to learn.
You will be supported to become a registered financial adviser, if you are not already qualified. Ongoing training opportunities are also provided by way of webinars and other industry-specific training. For the right individual, there is a genuine opportunity to progress and build a career in the insurance industry.
The role will involve working in a friendly team to service our very important client base and has a high degree of autonomy. The role is varied, providing support to others in the team along with learning about the world of insurance broking to a range of clients – domestic, rural, and commercial. There are opportunities to develop a wide skill set and build relationships with clients and insurers.
