We're excited to be hiring two Account Executives to join us in the new year. These two newly created roles are based in Wellington and Auckland. You'll be part of our sales team made up of Sales Support, Account Managers, and Account Directors, led by our Sales Director. In this role, you will get the opportunity to work and learn from them all.

What you'll be doing? In the beginning: Working closely with members of the sales team to learn and understand Silverstripe and what we have to offer. Meeting clients and getting to know their needs. Learning how to use our CRM. Familiarising yourself with our sales process and documentation. Once you get the hang of things: Looking after a small portfolio of clients based in New Zealand. Closing new business opportunities from existing clients. Prospecting and closing new business from new clients. Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients. Supporting the team by contributing to RPF's. Qualifying new opportunities and closing deals. What skills and experience are we looking for? We're looking for someone with good base knowledge and who is willing to learn and develop into a solutions sales role. This role has a career pathway which we're keen to progress.
Essential: Knowledge of the sales lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent relationship building skills, confident and is not afraid to make the first phone call or roll up your sleeves. Willingness to expand their technical knowledge. While you do not need to be a technical expert, you will need to be able to understand the business needs and how our products and services may be able to help our clients. Problem solving skills, where you can work independently but are also comfortable to ask questions. Desirable: Experience in technical sales or knowledge of Silverstripe would be an advantage but not a requirement.
