The Role
We have an exciting vacancy that is available for a motivated individual to join FedEx Express based in Wellington and reporting to the National Sales Manager. This territory covers Wellington and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
Actively hunt new territory business as well as further develop and grow existing relationships
Foster client relationships to ensure existing contracts are renewed and the service delivered meets our clients' needs
Provide an adaptive state-based strategy, setting targets while monitoring and reporting on agreed KPIs
Educate new and existing customers on product development, processes and at times, industry developments & service updates
Criteria
A love of sales and a drive to succeed
Strong negotiation and new business development skills
Highly motivated and ambitious personality with the drive to continuously develop themselves and the business
Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the sales process
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Service Industry experience preferred
