Our brokers provide the clarity and confidence you need to make insurance decisions.We have teams based locally and around the globe, so joining the AON team means you have access to a range of knowledge and skill sets across various fields.What the mahi will look likeAs an Account Executive, you will manage and support a client portfolio of Construction clients across New Zealand, covering all their insurance needs including insurance policy renewals.You will use your Level 5 to provide professional advice and support to clients, stakeholders, and Underwriters.This is a Maternity Leave Contract with potential to become a Permanent role.Some of your responsibilities will include:Manage and maintain an existing Construction client portfolio of residential builders and small to medium commercial buildersSupport Senior Brokers with larger commercial accountsCreate client insurance policy renewalsPrepare premium calculationsReview compliance with Construction contractsCommunicate with clients via face to face, email, or onlineManage your own email InboxSkills and experience that will lead to successTo be successful in this role, you will be passionate about insurance and love building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.You will have a strong aptitude to learn and the drive to get the best outcome for our clients.This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance experience to grow and learn the Construction sector or for someone wishing to further develop their Construction knowledge.About YouIdeally, we are looking for someone who can relate to the following:Strong insurance backgroundUnderstanding of general liability or insurance contract works (advantageous)Experience managing a client portfolioOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsLevel 5 General Insurance CertificationDesire to learn, and own a portfolio of clientsService centric ethosEfficient and proactiveHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
