They've created a Heroku-like platform that gives engineers back their time while maintaining the control and flexibility of custom cloud solutions.What you'll do:Partner with engineering leaders (CTOs, VPEs) as a trusted advisor to help their teams ship faster and scale confidently.Own the full sales cycle from prospect identification through negotiation and close.Shape the future of technical sales at a company where you'll be among the first AEs.Collaborate with leadership to refine and develop the go-to-market strategy.Engage with the broader tech community through occasional travel to conferences and events.What you bring:3-7 years of closing experience, particularly in technical sales (DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform tools).A track record of exceeding quota and building trust with engineering stakeholders.Working knowledge of (or excitement to learn about) Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development.Experience thriving as an early sales hire at a high-growth startup.Mid-market sales expertise (rather than enterprise/strategic accounts).The package:Base salary: $100K-125K.OTE: $200K-250K (50/50 split).Equity: 0.05-0.1%.31 days PTO.Comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits.Remote work flexibility (SF or NY based).
