Tyler Wren has partnered with a reputable brokerage to search for their next Broker Support. They have a strong market presence in Ashburton, specialising in various lines of Fire and General insurance. They have a loyal client base and are known for providing exceptional service across all lines of business. This role will grow into an SME Broker opportunity over time.

The role: Providing administrative and supplementary client support as required by Brokers.
Processing renewals, invoices, policy updates and new business.
Negotiating policy coverage, terms and pricing with underwriters.
Preparing new business and pre-renewal reports for Brokers.
Supporting Brokers with ad hoc tasks.
Skills & experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
NZCFS Level 5 or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous Broker Support experience is essential.
Excellent organisational and collaborative abilities.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
