Join our highly engaged Grocery Sales Team and take charge of providing analytical and administration support for all Foodstuffs South Island Account Managers.
Being part of a vibrant team, you'll work with the field team to provide business relevant information including developing and maintaining strong internal support for Mars Foodstuffs South Island wider Business.
Reporting to the Key Account Manager – Foodstuffs South Island NZ, you will primarily be responsible for: Responsible for the coding and approving of FSSI Field invoices through CPA and assisting with the input and outputs of Pro-Max (promotional loading and reporting) Provides analytical support for presentations as needed to the FSSI Account Managers through the effective use of tools such as AC Neilsen, Pro-Max and Duunhumby. Prepares relevant and effective store sales information for field sales teams. Communicates clearly and ensures the distribution of these reports, ensuring they are relevant and accurate, delivered in a timely way. Will manage the Four Square South Island component of Foodstuffs South Island, including communication to the wider field as well as driving business results for this channel. Acts as an advocate in the business for the needs of customers in the Grocery Channel. Understands and applies company Health & Safety procedures and policies, including reporting hazards and accidents through the appropriate reporting and action methods. Completes internal Health & Safety training, and external Site Safe course if in the field. What are we looking for? Experience in a similar role is essential, FMCG Industry knowledge (desirable) Systems experience including Powerpoint and Excel Financial acumen is essential What can you expect from Mars?
