What your day will look likeYou are result-oriented, focusing on KPIs like sales targets and relationship growth.
You will:
Develop and execute sales strategies in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director and our global goals.Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and closing deals with existing and prospective customers.Communicate Thinkproject's value proposition effectively to the target audience.Manage and maintain customer and account information within our CRM to support data integrity.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional customer outcomes.You have 3 to 5 years of experience in SAAS Sales or a similar background in Construction or Infrastructure.
You haveProven track record of meeting sales quotas.Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling.Understanding of industry customer pain points or selling software solutions.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Recruitment processFast process (2 to 3 weeks max): discussion with HR, meeting with your future manager, a case study presentation, then meeting the Head of Sales.
