Account Director/Senior Account Manager

Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media) Mars United is seeking a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to lead brand activation campaigns, shopper marketing activities, and events. In December 2023, Mars United (formerly The Mars Agency) acquired NZ's leading sampling and activation business, The In Group, to deliver a strong omnichannel shopper marketing offering to NZ and global businesses. Our clients include well-known brands such as Woolworths NZ, Glad, Milo, LG, and Mars Wrigley. Your Responsibilities Lead planning, development, and execution of campaigns including brand activations, events, and in-store demonstrations. Deliver a high level of client service and outstanding results. Manage 1-2 direct reports and collaborate with our Account Service, Operations, and Australian teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly. What We're Looking For 3+ years managing campaigns including brand activations, shopper marketing, in-store demos, or similar. Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management. Proficiency in Excel and solid numeracy skills. Excellent communication skills and a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field. Passion for exceptional customer service, leadership, and teamwork.
