About this position:
Marketing is not all graphic design and Instagram posts. The real heavy lifting is in understanding our clients' business opportunities and potential for growth. That's where you and your experience come in.
You'll work with our clients to quickly understand their business model, apply your knowledge of business, economics, and consumer behaviour to spot opportunities, recommend which of our services will fit them best, and demonstrate all the 'soft' skills required for the role, such as building long-term relationships and solid communication skills. You'll serve as the lead point of contact for all client management matters and identify new business opportunities among existing clients by analysing account potential and upselling or cross-selling services where appropriate.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in marketing
Experience in delivering world-class experiences to clients
The ability to identify and understand client needs and apply marketing tactics to help with their growth goals
Strong client focus with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
High level of presentation skills
Nice-to-haves:
Bachelor's Degree or other qualification in business administration, management, marketing, or a similar field.
