We're looking for an Account Director who's ready to dive into our collaborative, fast-paced environment, working closely with strategists, creatives, digital marketers, media planners and PR pros to deliver top-tier results for some of New Zealand's most successful brands.
What you'll be doing:
Building strong, collaborative relationships with senior-level clients
Driving success for your client portfolio through strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
Providing accurate forecasting and budget management for client accounts
Contributing to our vibrant agency culture through active participation and team support
Playing a key role in brand development and business growth strategies
What you'll bring:
A proven track record in account management or business development, ideally with 3+ years of experience in an agency setting
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships across diverse teams and clients
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
A knack for challenging the status quo and driving new initiatives that create impact
