Based in Auckland, you'll be at the forefront of driving success in a portfolio that's as varied as it is rewarding.Your day-to-day will include:Driving revenue growth through proactive business development and implementing the company's acquisition strategies.Unearthing new opportunities with both Direct clients and smaller Indie Agencies.Developing and executing plans to grow revenue and diversify solutions within key accounts.Ensuring print & digital growth targets are met and cultivating strong, productive relationships with stakeholders.What you'll bring to the team:You're a true hunter with a proven track record of success, ideally with medium to large businesses.Experience managing high-value accounts with the nous to work effectively with smaller agencies.A knack for building trust-based, long-term relationships that deliver real value.Proficiency with sales tools and methodologies for prospecting, need identification, and closing deals.A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed targets.The ability to collaborate and contribute to a high-performing team environment.This is a role where you can make an impact, manage diverse portfolios, and grow your career with a company that values innovation.Think you can do the job?
