This is an individual contributor opportunity to leverage your media and platform sales experience to build a book of business, whilst developing your career into SaaS, and become a leader in the next great marketing technology success story.You will also be the key liaison between InfoSum and our valued clients, ensuring that their needs are met with strategic vision, impeccable service, and innovative solutions. You will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, oversee project delivery, and drive client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.You will be engaging senior level contacts via value based presentations, getting in the technical weeds of an enterprise software sale journey. You will be an intelligent, self-motivated, dynamic, positive and a fun individual, who knows how to work in a small team and remote. You will combine these traits with your knowledge of the advertising, marketing, and data industries. You will be quick to close deals and help develop and lead our sales business across NZ.New Business Sales Development and Deal Closing: Identify, discover, pitch and close new business from media owners, brands and data partners, in the territory of New Zealand.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring satisfaction with InfoSum's services.Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with client goals and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and secure incremental business through cross-selling and upselling.Financial Management: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and profitability for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with financial targets.Project Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve challenges effectively.Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients.Additional company wide requirementsUnderstand and comply with InfoSum's security and privacy policies, and be attentive to information security at all times in the performance of duties for InfoSumThe main skills needed to deliver the core responsibilities:Experience: Minimum 6 years in sales, account management, client services, or a similar leadership role, preferably in adtech.Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, inspire excellence, and manage performance.Client-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.Strategic Thinking: Adept at developing and executing account strategies that align with broader business goals.Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and drive results.Technology Proficiency: Proficient in (tools/software relevant to the industry, e.g., CRM systems, project management tools).What are the key indicators of success in this role?Hitting or exceeding targetsGenerating enough pipeline to achieve targetsEnsuring accuracy in forecastingGeneration of sector specific content and being the voice of the sector for the regionYou will receive a competitive salary and healthy OTE potential, plus superannuation contribution, private health care, 25 days annual holiday (not inclusive of public holidays), Perkbox and the opportunity to receive share options.
