About the role:We're on the lookout for a driven and tenacious Account Director to provide a sales service to a designated group of agencies. You will be responsible for managing the proactive sales conversations amongst our client set, responding to briefs, as well as driving new business opportunities by selling creative advertising solutions across our portfolio.A Day in the Life:Whilst there's no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:Maintain revenue performance requirementsAgree and work towards weekly KPIsConstantly strive to achieve balanced exposure across Auckland marketplace.Work closely with GSM to understand your agency/ territory and educate/promote JCDecaux collateral as directed.Maintain high performance deadlines on response to brief.Educate clients with new products to market, short, medium- and long-term product opportunities.Identify and implement strategies to grow share on existing advertisers' budgets.About You:You'll be someone with a demonstrated media sales background who enjoys working with agency clients and is motivated by driving business forward. The right candidate will think outside the box and enjoy seeking and winning new business by offering innovative and client focused solutions.
