Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media)

We're looking for an exceptional Account Director who thrives in the dynamic world of brand and client management, and who has prior experience working in an agency setting. This is a critical role within the agency and a lot will rest on your shoulders.

This role is a permanent full-time position (could possibly do a 9 day fortnight) working onsite at our Ponsonby based studio.
Key Responsibilities: Client Partnership: Be the lead in our client relationships. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
Project Management: Oversee and coordinate branding and design projects from Research, strategy, Naming design concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Strategy Liaison: Collaborate with the internal creative and strategy teams to ensure clients' objectives are met and exceeded.
Brand Advocacy: Advocate for clients' brands, ensuring all deliverables align with their vision and business goals.
Communication Excellence: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, feedback, and deliverables in a clear and timely manner.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
Key Attributes: Agency Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an agency environment, managing multiple clients and projects.
Client-Centric: Deep passion for client success and a strong understanding of how branding impacts business growth.
Branding Savvy: Strong knowledge of branding principles, from strategy to creative execution.
Organisational Guru: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
Collaborative Leader: Ability to lead projects, inspire creative teams, and foster client relationships built on trust and transparency.
Problem Solver: Proactive in addressing challenges and providing solutions that benefit both the client and the agency.
