Looking to be a part of a NZ-owned independent media business? We are on the hunt for an Account Director to join our team based in Auckland on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.
You will be responsible for supporting and growing advertising revenues through your agency portfolio.
Day to day, you'll be busy working on:
Supporting the Group Sales Manager on their existing Agency portfolio of clients.Building and providing innovative advertising solutions for customers to connect with their audience in valued and engaging environments.Pro-actively engaging in the portfolio planning process to develop revenue and non-revenue objectives.Increase sales effectiveness, capability and competencies.To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous sales experience developing new business as well as premium account management.A willingness to get out there and win over new clients.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to cultivate lasting connections with clients and partners.Deep understanding of the market and industry trends to strategically drive revenue growth.An openness to potential travel requirements.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a strong customer focus.Benefits of working with us include:
