Part of the home-grown Cottonsoft, Livi is renowned for its quality, value, and wide range - making it the ideal choice for Kiwi businesses that value flexibility and cost-effectiveness without compromising on comfort or hygiene.The OpportunityReporting to the Business Manager - AFH, the primary focus of our Account/ Business Development Manager will be to:Enhance and grow relationships with your accounts - managing a portfolio of existing customers in our AFH market across Auckland, Waikato and BOP regions (with 2 - 3 nights travel required per month);Continuously develop and execute the sales strategies for your accounts in alignment with our strategic objectives;Extend ranging and identify a strong sales pipeline;Develop and execute strategies to secure new business for the distributors in this region.About YouTo succeed in this role you will:Be a dynamic salesperson who enjoys developing customer relationships and hunting for new business;Have proven Account Management and Business Development experience;Ideally have a background in AFH, B2B, Foodservice or a combination of these;Have a strong track record in growing existing/new business in a competitive marketplace;Have exceptional communication skills;Have an innate ability to build and retain productive and authentic relationships;Be comfortable presenting and engaging clients at any level of the business;Have strong commercial acumen.What We OfferCompetitive base salary and sales incentive program;Tools of the trade (Company vehicle, laptop, mobile);Thorough and in-depth onboarding and training for this role as well as a supportive team environment;Onsite gym at head office;Weekly take home product allowance;Heavily discounted product for yourself and family to purchase;Monthly bacon and eggs morning tea.Our Hiring Process at CottonsoftPhone Screen;Interview(s);Reference Checks;Drug and Alcohol testing;Offer.Cottonsoft is committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
