Accommodation Cleaner

3 Kings cherries is a modern packhouse and orchard located in sunny Central Otago. We have a dedicated team of passionate people working to ensure that 3 Kings cherries provide the best cherries available on the market.
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
Daily tasks include cleaning and maintaining of:
Staff Kitchen
Staff Toilets and Showers
Staff Laundry
Office
The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, Kitchen cleaning, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations

Packing work starts around mid-December through to late January/early February.
This position will be full time, fixed term from December 2024 until February 2025, and requires a commitment for the entire season with accommodation available if required.
Knowledge of operating systems will be helpful, but full training will be provided. There will be some flexibility in hours because of the nature of our business and we will provide a competitive hourly rate.
