Position Purpose: The Access and Choice Team Lead is responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of the Access & Choice Service, including related planning, coordination, implementation, support, and evaluation.
As our team expands, you will have both Health Improvement Practitioners and Health Coaches report to you.
The Team Lead will provide operational management of the team as well as high-quality information, communications, interaction, support, and service to internal and external stakeholders, as well as support in managing operational resources to ensure the long-term viability of WellSouth.
You will work closely with Access and Choice leadership to support the continual growth of our service and to support the team to achieve equitable health outcomes for whanau in the southern region.
Understanding of the Integrated Primary Mental Health and Addictions Service is essential, experience as a Health Improvement Practitioner is preferred.
