We are looking for someone to join our team as an Academic Staff Member - Real Estate .
Reporting to a Programme Delivery Manager, the Academic Staff Member (ASM) - Real Estate will facilitate learning on a range of real estate programmes. All these courses are delivered online.

The ideal candidate will have:
Education or teaching experience
The ability to facilitate online learning at scale using digital technologies
Well-developed planning and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of people in a collegial, constructive manner
You will have a passion for impacting the lives of everyday people and seeing them achieve their educational goals and dreams. You will also constantly be striving to be the best you can be, just as our students do, and you pride yourself on the quality of your work.
You will have demonstrated your passion for real estate by holding a New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) Level 4 or equivalent and you will have experience in the field.
