We strive to provide a Faculty that reflects the demographics of our student base and Aotearoa.The Faculty of Science is seeking an experienced and motivated Academic Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and organised leader who can deliver on the operational aspects of the role while leading a diverse team and supporting the Faculty in delivering high-quality academic services to students, faculty members, and wider University staff.This leadership position is responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative and operational functions, including curriculum management, student support services, academic compliance, and developing and driving strategy while building successful relationships across the Faculty and stakeholders such as Student Hubs, the School of Graduate Studies, and central Academic Services to ensure our students receive a seamless and holistic service while at University.The successful candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong background in academic administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with academic staff and students. This position will report directly to the Director of Faculty Operations.This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.
