The ideal candidate will have either a background in teaching or be passionate about embarking on a teaching career. It is preferred that the applicant holds a Master's qualification (or is working towards one) in either counselling or a relevant field.You will bring strong organizational and time management skills, be a self-starter with a good sense of humour, and have patience and flexibility. You will also have the ability to lead and work as part of a team and be adept at using your initiative. You will need outstanding communication skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.This is a permanent full-time role based primarily at our Manukau campus; however, student placement visits may be required, and you may need to travel around the greater Auckland area, so a current full NZ Driver's Licence will be essential.
