About the opportunity Based in Wellington or Palmerston North, you'll enjoy varied work as you support the quality assurance and administration functions by:Working closely with the Evaluation & Quality Specialist and Head of Sector Workforce to provide key support activities related to the delivery of Grid Skills | Transpower (https://www.transpower.co.nz/our-work/grid-skills) & Operational Training programmes.Assisting with a wide range of tasks and activities that support the delivery of training at Transpower in conjunction with the Senior Administrator and Team Administrator.Providing business support to the Evaluation & Quality Specialist in quality of assessment through an annual moderation programme, providing insights on potential improvements.Working with both internal and external stakeholders, ultimately, you'll contribute to the continual improvement of the evaluation framework and collection of meaningful evidence to support design evidence based and data-driven programmes.This is a great role for someone who loves learning, is interested in education, and wants to work at a sector level in a Category 1, Private Training Establishment!What will you bring?
