You will join a group of passionate professionals who enjoy educating and interacting with students across New Zealand.The roleStrategi Institute seeks a highly organised and detail-oriented Academic Administrator to join our team. In this key role, you will work closely with the Academic Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of academic operations, focus on course completions, academic reporting, compliance, and moderation activities. Your expertise in handling academic records, reporting, and process improvement will contribute directly to the quality of our educational services.Your responsibilities will include resolving any issues related to course completions and maintaining precise academic records across various internal and external systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurate NZQA reporting of course completions and credits and returning documents and data requirements to TEC.This position has been designed to assist Strategi Institute in meeting its compliance requirements, ensuring that the institution upholds high customer service standards and delivers quality learning experiences for our students.If you are a proactive individual with outstanding organisational and data skills and exceptional support attention to data and details, we would like to invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join us in positively impacting the educational journey of our students at Strategi Institute.This full-time role reports to the Head of InstituteIdeal applicants will have experience in:Maintenance of academic recordsUsing student management systemsEnrolments and completions of studentsStudent administration.Data analysisTEC and NZQA reporting requirement experienceProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF developmentExperience in financial services or professional services industry (beneficial, not essential)Problem-solving abilities for course completion and student concernsAdditionally, the ideal person will have the following skills:Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and spoken EnglishExcellent attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritise effectivelyBe proactive and have good self-managementAbility to work flexibly and in a professional services environmentResilience when working under stressYou will also constantly strive to be the best you can be and pride yourself on the quality of your work.
