We are part of the New Zealand Skills and Education Group.About the roleWe are looking for an Academic Administrator to join our Registry team to provide a wide range of high-quality services to students, staff and external organizations.
The role is permanent, full time (40 hours a week).
The successful candidate will be based in New Lynn, at our vibrant campus.Responsible for:Processing student enrolments quickly and accuratelyRecording students' resultsAnswering student queries with regards to enrolments and resultsCompleting other academic administrative tasks to ensure the student journey is smoothRequirements1 or more years previous experience in academic administration, ideally using SELMA or another Student Management SystemTertiary qualified with a diploma/degree in a related subjectKnowledge of the New Zealand tertiary education sectorA high level of administration skills, great attention to detail and full understanding of academic policies and processes, TEC and NZQA requirementsBenefits and perksHardworking and fun multicultural team who celebrates successBirthday leave after 2 years' serviceFree flu vaccine annuallyPlease apply with your CV and cover letter, addressing how you meet the skills and experience required.
