Description Due to an increased workload, we are looking for several Shift Supervisors with A or B-grade Opencast Coalmine Manager COC, or Quarry COC with 2 years of coal mining experience. We pay a competitive salary; our work is rewarding and productive, with individual strengths and teamwork highly valued. We develop and maintain mining and leadership skills and knowledge. Overburden shift pattern is 6 shifts on & 3 off, rotating days and nights. Civils shift pattern is 5 shifts on & 2 off, generally days only.
Key Attributes Relevant Certificate of Competence
Class 1 full driver licence minimum
Drug free
High levels of safety and situational awareness together with production focus
Fit and active with a can-do and team-focused attitude
