We are specifically looking for:Rooms Division ManagersReservations ManagersRestaurant & Bar ManagersProgramme Highlights:Comprehensive training conducted in Dunedin across 2 hotels, with opportunities to work closely with experienced professionals.Full exposure to all operational areas of the hotel, preparing you for leadership roles.Accelerated career progression with a clear path to management within Distinction Hotel Group.Guaranteed $10,000 pay rise upon permanent placement.What We're Looking For:Passionate, motivated individuals with a keen interest in hospitality.Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.Hospitality experience or relevant qualifications are a bonus, but not essential.A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.Able to relocate when the opportunity arises.New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.We are looking for 5 future leaders to start this year and will be working on applications as they come in.
