Leonardos Italian Food and Wine – Rotorua, North Island
Looking for 4 x Chefs and 4 x Bartenders for GKM Hospitality Limited T/A Leonardos Italian Food & Wine, Full-time position (30 hours)
Wages: $23 - $30 per hour.
Bartenders We are looking for passionate and experienced qualified BARTENDERS.
This is a full-time position and will provide the opportunity for you to join a fun, energetic and supportive team.

Tasks Include:
Preparing, serving and selling cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled, canned and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso-based beverages.
Cleaning and maintaining bar service areas, coffee-making areas and espresso machines.
Collecting payment for sales and operating cash register.
Promoting services and products.
Washing glassware and arranging bottles and glasses.
Tapping kegs and attaching supply lines.
Replenishing drink dispensers, shelves and refrigerators.
Selling light snacks and selecting and grinding coffee.
Chef Tasks Include:
Be responsible for your section in the kitchen.
Supervise the work of the Commis Chef and the Demi Chef de Partie.
Plan and delegate work to the other chefs in the department responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed in the department.
Full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions.
Ensure all recipes are strictly followed and dishes displayed as per photographs.
Liaise with Kitchen Hands to ensure all materials and utensils are ready for service.
Ensure adequate levels of misplacement are prepared and maintained as required for service.
When required, assist Sous Chef with menu planning and standard recipes.
When required, assist the Sous Chef with training of staff within your department.
Carry out any other duties as required by senior members of the Kitchen team, i.e., Executive Chef, Sous Chef.
Able to work across any shifts including weekends, and public and school holidays.
An immediate start will be more advantageous.
