About the Role As a 4 Square Business Partner you'll be responsible for a group of stores across the Lower North Island. Our 4 Squares are the heart of the community and your role is key to ensuring that mantra is executed in every location every day.
Working closely with each owner operator you'll:
·Coach where appropriate and supporting their business plan and sales growth
·Helping to launch support centre initiatives
·Helping to drive long term strategic goals.
There is an element of travel for this role as you'll need to be out and about visiting your stores, building great relationships.
About you We're looking for someone who loves the art and science of business, more specifically retail. Someone who is able to coach, influence and challenge our systems, process and people where appropriate with the customer top of mind.
You'll also be:
·Comfortable with P&L's, operations
·An excellent communicator
·An expert at stakeholder management
You could be working in store, for a FMCG supplier, or already in a retail regional role providing commercial insights and advising on best practice. Alternatively you might be a business owner who has sold up and has a whole lot of knowledge and experiences to share.
