Job Description
The role
Reporting into the Three Waters Contracts Manager, we have an exciting role for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our tight-knit team to help in delivering the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.
You will be responsible for the people management and coordination of crews on a daily basis. This will include planning jobs and projects they need to attend, arranging traffic management, materials, and plant.
Making sure your teams are complying with the environmental, quality, and other corporate policies and achieving agreed financial outcomes for the stormwater and drainage related maintenance services delivered under the WDC Three Waters contract.
What we need from you
Experience within a maintenance / capital works contracting environment
Experienced in operating and maintaining 3 Waters networks
People leadership and experience developing staff skills to provide career pathways and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
Promote and champion a safe environment for yourself and your team members
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge and understanding of plans
