We are now seeking a Compliance Officer to join our 3 Waters team. Reporting to the 3 Waters Asset & Compliance Manager, this is an existing role working in the compliance space for Councils 3 Waters activities. The role interacts with 3 waters assets, operational activities, internal and external customers and of course our environment. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday.
About the role:
Monitoring, measuring, analysing and reporting compliance data (Quality, Safety, Cultural, Environmental) to internal and external Stakeholders in the 3 waters space
Contributing to investigations into non-conformances and subsequent reporting and systems improvements
Development / review of annual compliance reports and performance reporting
Managing sampling plans and schedules
Contributing to continual improvements for achieving regulatory compliance and data visibility
Maintaining Relationships with regulators and stakeholders both internal & external to Council
About you:
You are an enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude
Relationship management is easy for you
You have excellent communication and data management skills
Previous Council knowledge is preferred, but not essential
You have experience in previous compliance roles or in the regulatory space
You have a strong desire to achieve customer excellence
A current Driver's Licence is essential
