This role will see you take the lead in project financial planning and project setup, working with Junior Quantity Surveyors and other Quantity Surveyors to guide and support them. You will also work with project and site managers to understand construction methodologies, tender management, managing subcontractors' claims, managing and processing variations, and final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Client engagement, site visits, and HSE are all part of this role.Minimum RequirementsCommercial main contractor QS experienceRelevant tertiary qualificationStrong sub-contractor relationship development and management skillsYou will haveA passion for driving profitability on jobs and a sharp eye for identifying variations in savingsSound contractual knowledge and the ability to reference relevant legislationExperience as a team player, adding value through individuality
