2X Structures Project Manager

ConsultANZ is looking for a Structures PM to join a top-tier civil engineering company in Auckland to work on major infrastructure projects.
Salary package of $140k - $160k + car + benefits, negotiable based on experience Auckland, NZ Permanent Full-time Main Duties Leading project planning and scheduling, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Managing project timelines and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays that arise.
Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
Managing project documentation and reporting.
Ensuring quality control and conducting inspections to maintain high construction standards.
Resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project.
Providing leadership and support to project team members to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10-15+ proven years of experience – Water/Civils, Reservoirs/Tanks/Pipeline/Bridges.
Ideally managed scope of works valued at $50-60 million.
Solutions-orientated attitude with a desire to progress in your career.
Good multidisciplinary experience, predominantly in detailed structures work and some earthwork is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience working with the main contractor.
Management skills for handling staff and sub-contractors.
