Job Description
We are looking for TWO professional and personable Sales Assistants to provide exceptional support to our busy sales agent. This position requires an efficient, enthusiastic and detail-oriented person that has a willingness to learn and support others. This position requires working on all weekends. Knowledge of an Indian language will be beneficial, though not necessary.
You will play a vital role in supporting our Real Estate Agent in selling homes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating with staff for entering property listings online, website management, office social media management, property advertising & contract administration
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the listing and sales process, maintaining positive relationships and addressing inquiries promptly
• Assisting the Real Estate Agent by preparing sales meetings, office events, open homes.
• Attending open homes.
• Ensuring all marketing material is present at open homes.
You will be required to work minimum 30 – maximum 40hours/week.
Qualification/Work Experience
No qualification required. Must have at least 6 six months of previous sales or customer services experience.. We will provide company and industry specific training. Must have own vehicle and a full driving licence. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT WORK ON WEEKENDS.
