We pride ourselves on always being friendly and working hard to provide the best care for our patients and excellent service for our clients.We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background to take on a large proportion of the administrative duties of the business.
Ideally, we would like someone with experience in the following:Accounts receivable and debtor communicationStock control and invoicingOrdering suppliesStaff rostering, HR, and payrollComputer system and technology updating, reminders, backupsGeneral reception and administration duties – consultation turnover, client communication, answering enquiries, making bookings, etc.The ideal applicant for this role would be efficient, technology-savvy, mature, friendly, and able to communicate well.
Experience with animals would be an advantage but is not essential.Vet NursesWe are also looking for experienced vet nurses who are interested in joining our team.
