We are recruiting for a B2C Sales Advisor to work for one of London's largest ISPs based within the city centre.
Our client is looking for an experienced salesperson with a strong track record who is a self-motivated team player who can join and play a key role within our experienced sales team, against our ambitious acquisition targets.
Our client has bold growth plans with a large focus on their business audience. This shift in focus has resulted in the need for a B2C Sales Advisor to help drive further growth in their fibre delivery to buildings and portfolios across London.

Day-to-day responsibilities: Handle inbound sales and renewal queries and provide accurate and timely responses
Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities and respond via outbound calls
Understand customer needs and provide relevant responses and product recommendations
Contribute to team discussion on how to objection handle and share best sales practices
Actively take on other mini sales-related projects as needed
Both to learn and understand the business and support projects
What you will ideally bring: Proven experience in inbound sales, retention or renewals within a consumer service business
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally
Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
Proficient experience within Salesforce
