Geographies responsible: New Zealand & Pacific islands Function: OU Technical, innovation & Supply Chain (Ti&SC) Reports to: Senior Director, Technical Operations & Innovation South KEY WORKING PARAMETERS Scope & Impact: The role is focused on specific Franchise Operation (FO), single or multiple countries based on business indicators such as volume, revenue and operating income in addition to geographical and supply chain complexity and the maturity levels of the bottling partners considered.
Drive the execution and technical support to the assigned territory, within the franchise units and bottling partners across all TI&SC functional areas.Drive the execution of specific and challenging projects, goal settings for each bottling plant with supporting an efficient execution. Key areas at the assigned territory such as QSE scores, continuity of supply, processes efficiency and performance, timely investments to expand capacity among others.Act as the execution arm and drive TI&SC strategies implementation at the FO and individual market levels.Lead and drive as necessary the execution of innovation and productivity initiatives at the country and FO levels (Incl. Product, package, equipment, Supply Chain Improvements, productivity).Lead the execution of the OU commercialization plans working directly with the bottling partners, CPS and other OU functions inside and outside the technical structure.Responsible for fostering innovation in working practices between the OU and franchise partners.Lead actions of bottling groups to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements at each specific region or FO.Lead and contribute to developing SC contingency plans and BCPs at the country or market level, coordinate demand and supply at the FO or market level in alignment with the OU SC team and the bottling partners.Support the local sourcing strategy at the different FO.Act as a catalyst for system networking with internal and external partners, identify and communicate insights, trends, risks relevant for the overall business and TI&SC specific.KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS Work Focus The role is focused on specific FO, single or multiple countries based on business indicators such as volume, revenue and operating income in addition to geographical and supply chain complexity and the maturity levels of the bottling partners considered.Goals and objectives for the role aremainlyfocused on the annualbusinessplan deliveryfor the assigned territory or FO.This role is an individual contributor, strong collaboration with other technical functions is expected.Responsibilitiesinclude 4 markets operate by 4 bottlers, running production in 7 plants with 24 manufacturing lines, delivering 576 different SKUs with 87 MUC.Communication Focus Lead and support technical communication routines with the bottling plants (CPFR, S&OP, Productivity & Portfolio Management) within the assigned region, key suppliers, and other KO technical teams in the FOs and across the assigned Region.Communicate with all other OU functions regarding technical, innovation or SC projects relevant at the OU, country or FO level.Within the Company: Working with functional heads of Technical (reports indirectly) Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, PAC, SRA, Planning. Working with Corporate in the areas of Procurement (CEPG).The nature and purpose of the contacts are from support, coordination, integration and collaboration through negotiation.Local suppliers – supply capacity and installation performance. Supply continuity aligned with the Supply Chain, technology and procurement functions.Effective communication skills to interact at all levels effectively at the Corporate and Plant Level across the different functions.Experience At least 7 years of experience in one or more functional areas within the TI&SC scope: QSE, SRA, Commercialization, Supply Chain, technical franchise leadership, CPS, R&D, food or beverage industry (Manufacturing, QSE, Logistics-Supply Chain, Engineering among others).
Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes.
Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with the bottling partners and suppliers and the commercial roles of the FO
