Working within the Land Development team, this role will see the successful candidate involved in civil engineering design within Land Development projects, increasing design capabilities, project management and providing engineering expertise. You will also be responsible for business development and expanding the current client base. In addition, some mentoring and guidance of other team members may be required.

Necessary attributes include:
• A relevant tertiary qualification in design or engineering
• 7 years' experience in design
• Extensive experience in Land Development projects
• A firm grasp of New Zealand standards
• Strong computer skills especially with 12d

In addition, you will be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and strong initiative. The ability to work as part of a team, make timely decisions and use sound analytical and judgement skills will set you in good stead, as will being an effective multi-tasker.
