A bit about you To be successful in this role, you'll either have previous management experience at a Junior Sous Chef level or have been a strong performing Chef de Partie who is ready to step up. You will have strong communication skills who will educate, motivate and inspire a team of highly skilled chefs. In addition to your Chef qualifications you will be professional, creative and have a positive attitude. You will have a sound understanding of a kitchen structure and operation and be able to work autonomously. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, this position will cover a range of shifts, so flexibility is key.
