We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Developer with a focus on low-code, application development and automation to join our Power Platform Centre of Enablement team (CoE). Our focus across the company is to empower the business through task automation, data capture, and leveraging technological solutions to create operational efficiencies. We are centered in ICT with strong connections across the organisation, putting us in a unique position to deliver business impact through self-service productivity enablement using technology. The Role In this role you will show what is possible through development of low code applications and task automation with an eye for detail, and excellent UI design principles. You will identify opportunities where technology can be leveraged to create tangible, productivity benefits for a variety of business processes. In addition, you will also play a key role in upskilling and sharing your knowledge with the community, further growing the experience and capability of business users using Power Apps & Power Automate. Our Team We are Fisher & Paykel Healthcare's Power Platform Centre of Enablement team. We provide guidance, training, and support to stakeholders around the business to better capture data and automate processes. In addition, we build and deliver enterprise-wide applications which are secure and scalable. About You You're intellectually curious and excited to learn. You're proactive with your work, but also know when to ask for help. You enjoy working with technology that is continually evolving and changing. You seek out opportunities to apply technology to enable better processes across the organisation. You're adept at communicating with business stakeholders both verbally and in written form. You enjoy seeing people's 'eyes light up' when they realise what value a well delivered App or Automation can achieve for them. You love championing best practices - seeing the impact they have on both your technical deliverables as well as the experience of your end users. You bring a sense of humour to your work. Skills and Experience Experience coding, designing wireframes and producing applications to a range of stakeholders. Clear conceptual understanding of relational data modelling. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse preferred. Experience working in a large organisation preferred, especially in an enterprise data role. Experience working with an enterprise application development platform. Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) and Power Automate experience preferred. Experience with a coding language. SQL and Power Fx preferred. Tertiary qualification or similar in a technical discipline. Apply Now!
