You will be joining a business in growth mode where you will support and be a strong 2IC to an impressive Finance ManagerKey Responsibilities:Drive the provision of timely and accurate reporting to the business.Cashflow management, ensuring monthly cashflow data is up to date and accurate and there are sufficient funds to meet the company's obligations.Completion of month end balance sheet reconciliations and other reporting requirements.Preparation of corporate monthly reporting requirements.Collaboration on annual budgeting process.Completion of year end reporting requirements and external audit.Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the finance function by identifying key areas for process improvement.Preparation of IRD compliance work, including FBT, GST and PAYE etc.So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?To be considered for this role you will have 3 years' accounting experience with strong knowledge of financial accounting and systems. This is the ideal role for someone with a Big 4 audit background who already has 1-3 years commercial experience under their belt.
