Sales Support Coordinator - Hino

You will enhance and strengthen the sales of new Hino products through the development of sales support processes and reporting - more specifically:
Provide support to the regional sales team to achieve retail sales and market share targets through accurate and timely data analysis and reporting.Develop systems and procedures to meet Distributor requirements with Hino Motors Japan production division.Generate production and stock orders.Maintain pricing matrix for all new products.Manage daily sales production correspondence with Hino Motors Japan.Your skills and experience Strong administration and support background (ideally within a sales or finance related function)Intermediate/advanced computer skills with experience in MS Office (especially Excel).High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills: with the ability to build effective relationships with all key stakeholders.About Us Hino Distributors (NZ) Ltd was established in 1983 and is the sole distributor of Hino Trucks in New Zealand.
