This is a hands-on, busy and varied role, giving the successful applicant the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of financial advisers and advice they give.Responsibilities include:Ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring through regular adviser reviews and follow up.Assisting with induction, training, and development of our adviser network.Being a role model and ambassador for SHARE's risk and compliance culture across the business.Working with the team to grow and develop our advisers, to provide quality adviceThe role includes project work to support the leadership team by offering insights and analysis to assist with the future direction and development of the company.Who we are looking forPersonal motivation and enthusiasm, with a natural ability to build trusting professional relationship is important, and, above all, we're looking for attitude.
